Klaiber relies on Setra for regular services – company, business and industry news (other) | News | bus planner – technology – public transport

The fleet of the Swabian bus company Kliber from Spaichingen is complete – the major order with the delivery of the last 15 Setra S 415 LE business has been completed.

The Setra Low Entry intercity buses have space for 80 passengers, 45 seats and 35 standing places. The Setra fleet is to be used on a new line bundle in the Tuttlingen district.

For this job, managing director Jochen Klaiber, who is the third generation to run the family business, hired 30 additional professional drivers.

The traditional company, founded in 1937, has been providing regular training for its 90 drivers in the context of professional driver training for many years. For this reason, the company had an S 415 LE business converted into a driving school bus, which is used in regular service outside of training times.

Jochen Klaiber relies on his own initiative for further training.

“In this way, we can incorporate company-specific content in a targeted manner, including extensive technical and vehicle knowledge of our Setra buses.”

Klaiber Bus GmbH & Co. KG, together with its sister company TutBus, is a partner of the TUTicket transport association, founded in 2003, which links bus and train connections in the Tuttlingen district.
