The second weekend of games thoroughly messed up the tables of the Junior League. Last week the first Olomouc and Chrudim fell to sixth place in their respective groups. On the other hand, Vsetín and Kladno took the lead. The newcomer of the Hvězda Praha competition is having a dream start, Písek, Poruba and Technica are also doing well. Only reserve Zlín remains without points.
Great weekend of Písek and Hvězda, first points for Tábor
Finally, one would like to say. Kladno juniors are doing well after two unsuccessful seasons and are basking in the first place of the western group after four rounds. The Knights first turned the match against Chrudim in the third period, then on Sunday they scored with gusto against Tábor, which they defeated by a great score of 8:1. The South Bohemians, however, need not be sad, as they scored the first three points for their win over Třemošná on Friday, and thus moved away from last place.
Hvězda Praha and Písek have had a great weekend. The team from the capital defeated Havlíčkův Brod and Chrudim, Králové won over Chomutov and Třemošná. The newcomer of the competition is thus in an excellent second place. Sand that could count on productivity this week Michal Kozlík (3+2), is third only by score.
Havlíčkův Brod, Chomutov and Chrudim have five points after four rounds. The skaters lost their match against the Pirates on Friday, and on Sunday they shared the points in a mutual duel, which was won by the team from Vysočina after extra time. The East Bohemians were unable to follow up on the successful opening weekend, as they have now lost twice. The worst situation is in the west of Třemošná, which is in last place with two points.
Vsetín is leading, Olomouc’s decline and Zlín’s zero
The last 100% team remains in the Junior League, and that is Vsetín. The Wallachians have a game less than some of their opponents, yet they are first in the Eastern group. In the second game weekend, they beat Havířov 3:1 and on Sunday they drew Olomouc. Jan Uhrin thus he scored his second clean account. The Roosters fell to sixth place in the table after the extra time loss against Poruba.
In addition to Olomouc, the Ostravas also managed the reserve Zlín, and they are still in second place. Technika is only behind them by a score, but they have played one match more. Brno first defeated Šumperk and reached three points against Havířov, who equalized ten seconds before the end. In the end, the owls won only after extra time, and AZ got the first point.
Along with Olomouc, Mladí Draci and Warriors are fighting for the top four. Šumperk and Brno lost one match and won one this weekend, but they have one match to spare against the Rohouts. The worst team of the entire competition remains B Zlína, which is still waiting for the first points.
