“The proposal of the prosecutor of the Mixed Jury Court to acquit Ilias Michos for the crime of rape and pimping against the 12-year-old girl in Colonos is infuriating. This is a proposal, which leads to the “falling into the soft” of the specific perpetrator, ultimately “washing away” the circuit of sexual exploitation and abuse of the minor girl.
It is another proof of the rot of the capitalist society, the hostile state, which leaves the victims unprotected, while in some cases it “exonerates” the perpetrators – monsters. Of course, when we have reached the point where the denunciation of similar circuits is incriminated, such proposals cannot be considered surprising.
It is confirmed that a real shield of protection against multi-faceted violence is the labor-people’s movement, which even now will oppose any attempt to cover up the real culprits”.
