National deputy Godard Motemona handed over the benches to EP 2 and EP 5 Mombele, two primary schools located in the town of Limete, with a view to supporting free basic education in the DRC, advocated by the President of the Republic Félix Tshisekedi.
After his numerous inspection visits, Godard Motemona, chairman of the caucus of elected national deputies of Kinshasa, found that several schools in his electoral district lack almost everything and register the excess number of students in classrooms.
“This gesture consists in supporting education in the DRC and also consists in supporting the President of the Republic Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi who has decreed that basic education is free. And the latter has resulted in the overcrowding of students in classrooms. This caused the need for benches at the building level. This gesture is a way for us to contribute to the effectiveness of this free service ”, declared the national deputy Godard Motemona.
The students of these two schools, beneficiaries of this gesture welcomed this gesture made by MP Motemona.
“By this gesture of generosity that you have shown towards us, this touches our hearts and we will never forget it. To this end, we thank you wholeheartedly and ask God to bless you and all your actions ”, testified the representative of the students of these primary schools.
The elected representative of Mont-amba, Godard Motemona is committed to supporting the success of free basic education.
It should be remembered that the free education launched throughout the Congolese territory does not properly promote the instruction of beneficiaries in some schools, following the lack of classrooms that can contain students, as well as desks.
