Kinopoisk announced a special project “100 Great Games in History.” To implement it, the service surveyed almost 150 journalists, bloggers, film critics, game industry representatives and other experts to select the hundred best games in history.
Naturally, Half-Life 2 received the gold rating. Critics called this result both banal and inevitable. In their opinion, even some modern games still cannot achieve what the developers of Half-Life 2 achieved in 2004.
