Quoted from the @Oji ajah account on the Helo social media, Prince Mohammad bin Salman, in an interview on a television show once revealed that Wahhabi teachings no longer need to be followed.

Mohammad bin Salman explained that Wahhabism is an Islamic thought that adheres to the purification or restoration of Islam to a form that conforms to the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith and prohibits innovation.
“When we are committed to following certain ideological teachings, or certain scholars, this means we deify humans,” he explained at the event which was hosted by Abdullah Al Mudaifer.
Mohammad bin Salman added, there is no fixed school of thought and no one is perfect. According to Mohammad bin Salman, Saudi Arabian citizens must be involved in the continuous interpretation of Al-Quran texts.
“And the same thing applies to the traditions taught by the Prophet,” he continued.

Furthermore, Mohammad bin Salman, also gave very clear enlightenment about the Al-Quran and the traditions taught by the Prophet, as guidelines that put humanity first.
“The world follows clear laws that regulate human life. Our role as rulers of Saudi Arabia is to ensure that all laws passed in Saudi Arabia do not conflict with our interests, Saudi Arabia,” he explained.
