And the Saudi news agency reported that the crown prince held an official session of talks with the president of China, during which they reviewed aspects of the partnership between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the People’s Republic of China, efforts coordination meetings to enhance cooperation between the two countries in various fields in line with their vision, and discussed opportunities to invest available resources in both countries in order to achieve common interests, as well as discuss regional and international developments and matters of common interest and efforts made in this regard.

Subsequently, the Crown Prince and the President of the People’s Republic of China witnessed the exchange of a number of bilateral agreements and memorandums of understanding between the two countries, as follows:
First: harmonization plan between Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative.

Second: a memorandum of understanding in the field of hydrogen energy and its exchange on the Saudi side, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, and on the Chinese side, Chairman of the State Commission for Development and He Lifeng reform.

Third: An Agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the People’s Republic of China for cooperation and mutual assistance in civil, commercial and personal status matters. They were exchanged on the Saudi side by Justice Minister Dr. Walid bin Muhammad Al-Samaani, and on the Chinese side by State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
Fourth: a memorandum of cooperation to teach the Chinese language. It was exchanged on the Saudi side by Education Minister Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, and on the Chinese side, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
Fifth: Memorandum of Understanding in the field of direct investment incentives. On the Saudi side, the Minister of Investments, Ing. Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, and on the Chinese side, the Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao, exchanged it.
Sixth: An action plan to activate the provisions of the Memorandum of Cooperation in the housing sector. They were exchanged on the Saudi side by Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and on the Chinese side by Commerce Minister Wang Wentao.

Subsequently, a ceremony was held to award the Chinese president with an honorary doctorate of administration from King Saud University.

During the Chinese President’s visit, three summits (Saudi Arabia, Gulf of China and Arab of China) will be held in the presence of more than 30 leaders of countries and international organizations, which reflects the importance of holding these summits and the regional government and the international attention they enjoy.
