This work stars Ren Nagase and is the first drama series in Japan based on Kaori Ekuni’s legendary romance novel “Tokyo Tower.” A beautiful but unforgivable love between Toru Kojima, a 21-year-old young man played by Nagase, and Shishi Asano (Yuka Itaya), a married woman who is more than 20 years older than him. This fleeting and sweet world is boldly depicted with stories and characters unique to the new Reiwa era, set in the hottest spots in contemporary Tokyo.
Genta Matsuda (Travis Japan) will play Tooru’s friend Koji Ohara, and MEGUMI will play Kimiko Kawano, the housewife whom Koji tries to seduce. It has been attracting attention even before the start.

King & Prince’s new song “halfmoon” has been selected as the theme song for this movie. This song, produced by Takeshi Kobayashi, is a ballad about the painful and uncontrollable feelings of loving someone you shouldn’t love.
