9:00-21:00 (common to all performances)
*On the day of the event, please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff and cooperate with us to ensure smooth operation.
*We expect it to be very crowded on that day. To prevent accidents and confusion, some restrictions may be imposed without notice. Thank you for your understanding.
■Regarding product purchase restrictions
・「CD JACKET ACRYLIC KEYCHAIN [ランダム]” will be limited to 10 points per person.
*Since it will be delivered at random, you cannot choose the type.
・“SEKI YU “Super Stretch Figure””
・“DAIKI TSUNETA “Loudspeaker Key Chain””
・「KAZUKI ARAI “Open Collar Shirt”」
・“SATORU IGUCHI “I Wanna Be a Superman Tank top””
Regarding the above four products, each person is limited to one item.
・For other products, each person can purchase up to 2 items per color.
*Returns and exchanges are not possible unless the item is defective. Also, we do not accept refunds.
In the unlikely event that the item is defective, please contact our sales staff and we will exchange it for a good item.

*If a defect is confirmed after the performance date, please contact the “Inquiry Counter for Official Goods Venue Sales” by email.
*We are unable to change the product or size or respond to requests for insufficient change after leaving the register. Please be sure to check the product, size, and change when paying.
*Cash and credit cards can be used for official goods sales. However, payment may take some time depending on communication conditions. Please note.
*Available credit cards are “VISA Card”, “MASTER Card”, “JCB Card”, “AMERICAN EXPRESS Card”, and “Diners Club Card”.

■Official goods venue sales Regarding purchase tickets
For the sale of official goods at each venue of the “King Gnu Dome Tour “THE GREATEST UNKNOWN”, we will introduce a “purchase numbered ticket” (lottery system) that must be applied for in advance! If you would like to purchase goods on the day of the performance, please apply for a numbered ticket in advance!
