AMSTERDAM – During his entire tenure, King Willem-Alexander has never been as popular as this year. Certainly after his lecture at the National Remembrance Day in Amsterdam, praise was heard everywhere. Now almost everyone agrees that he gave a totally wrong impression with his trip to Greece. That he still wanted to take the planned autumn holiday as a national example in corona time, even if it was in a ‘yellow area’, is felt as a painful move. It recalls previous fuss about the king.
