The King and Queen were expected in New York, Monday evening, for a two-day official visit to the United Nations that justifies a double news: the Belgian presidency of the Security Council during the month of February and the International Day of child soldiers on Wednesday. Our sovereigns will meet Philippe Goffin, the Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defense, who succeeded these functions on November 30, to Didier Reynders, awaiting a new federal government.
