Former investigator Kim was indicted on charges of exposing secrets that he learned during public service from December 2018 to February 2019 through the media on several occasions.
Among the 16 items that he exposed, the prosecution revealed five items, including spying on suspicion of bribery, including suspicion of bribery and bribery, ambassador to Russia, Woo Yun-geun, special supervision team spy report, Kim Sang-gyun, chairman of the Korea Railroad Corporation, corruption spying on Airport Railroad employees, and KT&G trend report leak-related inspection data.
