– Famous American actor Kim Kardashian, 40, and hip-hop singer Kanye West, 43, divorce after seven years of marriage.
Reuters reported on the 19th (local time) that Kardashian filed a divorce lawsuit in the Los Angeles High Court.
While the American entertainment media TMZ also reported their divorce, Kardashian demanded West for joint custody of four children, and said that the divorce process is proceeding smoothly. The reason for the divorce is still unknown.
The two married in Florence, Italy in 2014, and they have two sons and two daughters.
The disagreement between the two was raised in July last year. West, who declared the presidential election, said in front of supporters that Kardashian was very angry with a bombshell saying that Kardashian had been worried about an abortion when he was his girlfriend in 2012.
West also posted a post on his Twitter saying that he was thinking of divorcing Kardashian and posted it on the cutting board.
Afterwards, Kardashian made a remark to her husband, saying, “As everyone knows, Kanye knows bipolar disorder,” and “Please ask for compassion and empathy.”
Foreign media said the couple had been separated in recent months. According to foreign media, Kardashian is staying in Calabasas, California, and West spends most of her time on ranches in Wyoming.
Kardashian was previously married to basketball player Chris Humphreys and music producer Damon Thomas and divorced.
