Kim Kardashian walked the Met Gala red carpet for the 11th time. And not in just any look! This Monday, May 6, 2024, the Met Gala was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts in New York. It brought together an audience of star-studded guests for a unique evening dedicated to fashion and whose theme was “The Garden of Time”. For this new edition, the event celebrates the spring exhibition of Costume Institute“Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion”. For the occasion, Kim Kardashian wore a tailor-made silhouette Maison Margiela Artisanal par John Galliano made from silver metallic lace.

The look consisted of a floral-patterned bodice and a floral-patterned silver chainmail dress, worn in a skirt-style fashion. Over this metallic silhouette, she chose a gray bolero cardigan. With this cinched waist and these emphasized shoulders, the look of Kim Kardashian was reminiscent of the Maison Margiela haute couture spring-summer 2024 show which set the Internet ablaze.
Last year, Kim Kardashian appealed to Daniel Roseberry of the House Schiaparelli to give him his big night look. She appeared in a second-skin silhouette whose ultra-tight dress was enhanced with a multitude of pearl chains on the chest and hips. But remember, it was in 2022 that her choice particularly caused a reaction: she wore the dress of Marilyn Monroeherself, which she wore to serenade the president John F.
