Kim Kardashian has on Tuesday night Instagram the twentieth and final season of the well-known reality series Keeping up with the Kardashians announced, to be aired in early 2021.
“With pain in our hearts, we have made the difficult choice as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” writes the reality star. “We are more than grateful to everyone who has followed us all these years through good times, bad times, joy, tears and the many relationships and children.”
Kardashian does not explain in her post why her family is quitting the worldwide known program.
Keeping up with the Kardashians follows sisters Kardashian sisters Khloé, Kim and Kourtney, as well as their mother Kris Jenner, brother Rob Kardashian, stepfather Caitlyn Jenner and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
The series premiered on October 14, 2007, and more than 250 episodes have appeared since then. Several spin-offs have also been made from the program. The nineteenth season of the series will be released on September 17.
