The report also states that Kim is preparing for a new nuclear test as part of further modernization of the military. Kim has made it clear that there is no plan to avoid nuclear and missile tests under his regime. The US report also mentions that Kim believes that having nuclear power would garner international support.
North Korea earns its money by stealing cryptocurrency. The report also states that North Korea stole $625 million worth of cryptocurrency from one incident in 2022 alone. The report also points out that North Korea has conducted about 60 missile tests last year alone.
