Russian media RBK explained on the 12th local time, “Russian Minister of Natural Resources Alexander Kozlov released a video of Chairman Kim’s arrival in Russia’s Primorsky Krai.”
Minister Kozlov told his country’s RIA Novosti news agency that he met with Chairman Kim.
Chairman Kim, who visited Russia at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, departed from North Korea on a private train on the 10th, crossed the border on the morning of the 12th, and reportedly received a welcome greeting at Khasan Station in Russia’s Primorsky Krai.
Chairman Kim’s video is believed to have been taken when he arrived at Hasan Station.
