[The Epoch Times, November 02, 2023](Epoch Times reporter Zeng Weixin compiled and reported) HODU&U Entertainment, the well-known Korean actor Kim Hye-soo’s agency, announced today (2nd) that this year’s 44th Blue Dragon Film Awards will be Kim Hye-soo’s last Once served as the host of the award ceremony.
Kim Hyun-soo has been the host of the Blue Dragon Film Awards for 29 years since she first served as the host of the Blue Dragon Film Awards in 1993, except for Shim Hye-jin in 1998. This year will be her 30th year as host.
In addition to serving as a host, Kim Hyun-soo also won the Best Actress Award as an actor at the 14th Blue Dragon Film Awards in 1993, the 16th Blue Dragon Film Awards in 1995, and the 27th Blue Dragon Film Awards in 2006. The actor who has won the most Best Actress awards in the history of the Blue Dragon Film Awards.
The 44th Blue Dragon Film Awards, where Kim Hyun-soo will serve as host for the last time, will be held on November 24 at the KBS TV Concert Hall (KBS Hall) in Yeouido, Seoul.
