Delivery Heroes (DH), who have to sell’Yogiyo’, are already heading towards Asia.

According to the M&A plan unveiled by Delivery Hero, the elegant brothers and DH will establish a joint venture in Singapore with a 50-50 stake in Wooa DH Asia. It plans to oversee local subsidiaries in Asia, including Korea, Vietnam, and Japan, and food pandas in 12 DH regions.
Chairman Bong-jin Kim, the founder of Graceful Brothers, is the chairman of the board and executive director of the joint venture, taking the lead in Asia.
Chairman Kim also participates as a member of the global advisory committee established at DH Germany’s headquarters.

Jacob Angele, the current CEO of Food Panda Asia, and Se-yoon Oh, the current CFO and CSO of Elegant Brothers, have been selected as co-presenters of the joint venture.
Wah DH Asia plans to provide services such as food delivery, shared kitchen, and quick commerce in 11 Asian countries.
“We will be able to expand and strengthen our presence across Asia,” said DH CEO Niklas Östberg.
President Kim Bong-jin also said, “The partnership with DH will advance the entire delivery ecosystem and innovate in the delivery industry in Asia.” “I will do it.”
In the industry, Chairman Kim, who created the’Bae Min Shinhwa’, is expected to achieve’delivery app magic’ once again throughout Asia.
Meanwhile, the final written approval of the M&A between DH and the elegant brothers is expected to close within the first quarter of next year.
