He was sentenced to jail at the first trial. On the 22nd, the 13th Criminal Division of the Seoul Southern District Law (President Judge Shin Hyeok-jae) sentenced Lee, who was charged with violating the Political Fund Act, and sentenced him to two years in prison and an additional 30 million won. This is the first time a politician has been sentenced to jail for receiving money or money from a Lime related person. Lee ran for the general election of the National Assembly in April of last year, but failed.

The judge said, “The defendant was a politician who had to transparently raise political funds, but he received a donation of 30 million won contrary to the law, and the younger brother was able to receive a price of 56.36 million won by receiving an unlawful request.”
