Listeners informed about long columns of cars at the Kulata-Promahon border checkpoint BNR. According to them, heavy traffic is not regulated by the police.
“Before the border the queue is extremely big. On the Bulgarian side there were not even policemen before the border. I called the Petrich border police because the cars were passing from left and right and were even in the column of trucks. We waited 2 and a half hours, and most likely we will wait at least 3-4 I don’t know “, announced Maria Yordanova.
The border police explained that five teams are working on today’s intensive traffic on the Bulgarian side.
To enter Greece, travelers must present a personal QR code, as well as a negative PCR test result.
The inspection is carried out by a Greek team, which slows down the movement.
The border police remind that after returning from Greece to Bulgaria, our compatriots are subject to a 10-day quarantine, which is revoked by a PCR test with a negative result.
