The pro-Russian collective Killnet returns to threaten Italy. After the attack to some of the most important institutional sites in recent days, now the hacker group releases a new announcement from its Telegram channel: “May 30 – 05.00, the meeting point is Italy”. The fear of the new announcement, however, is that the collective has decided to strengthen its offensive. The National Cybersecurity Agency: “Imminent attacks”

The National Cybersecurity Agency also warned about the next few hours: “There continue to be signs and threats of possible imminent attacks against, in particular, national public entities, private entities providing a public utility service or private entities whose image is identified with the country of Italy “. The alert also calls for “implementing with immediate effect” the suggested actions “regarding the mitigation of vulnerabilities, most exploited by Russian-born malevolent actors and the mitigation measures of Ddos-type attacks”. Finally, the agency team recommends “keeping a careful check on the infrastructures 24 hours a day, aimed at identifying evidence of attacks or in any case anomalies, with respect to which it is required to promptly notify Csirt Italia”.
