The Investigation Police Agency of Tra Vinh province is holding criminally detained Thach Truong Huy Phong (34 years old, living in Cho hamlet, Tap Son commune, Tra Cu district) for investigation of murder.
Initially, Phong and LCB (39 years old, living in the same area) often hang out together. Afternoon of 9-6, after getting drunk, Phong and B had a conflict, argued and then arranged to fight in Cho hamlet, Tap Son commune. After that, Phong went to the rendezvous point and attacked with a knife, killing B.
