Travel, environment, dissemination and cultural study. “Kilimanjaro estate” is back, one of the most famous and long-lived programs on Italian television, broadcast from Sunday 19 June in prime time on Rai 3. Camila Raznovich travels around the world with guests and exceptional films, to explore, understand and entertain .
The first episode features documentaries on the Patagonian Lakes Route, Madagascar and China “on the road”. The first guest of the evening will be the great Vittorio Storaro, director of photography, winner of three Oscars, who will tell the journey of a lifetime alongside Bernardo Bertolucci. In addition, the biologist Barbara Mazzolai will show robots inspired by plants that learn behaviors from them. And finally, novelty of this edition, Camila Raznovich will put together a “Strange Couple”, a dialogue between two excellences of two worlds that apparently have nothing in common. In the first appointment the internationally renowned sculptor Jago and the astrophysicist Luca Perri will explore the profound link that exists between art and science.
