The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also demanded the immediate release of illegally detained citizens of Ukraine and an end to torture and persecution of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people.

In addition, the ministry calls on the international community to assist in the release of all illegally detained citizens of Ukraine.
