“We can make many more places, but the most important question is who will provide assistance? We do not have enough doctors. Today, doctors are already working on the verge of stress,” the mayor said.
He noted that the Kiev authorities additionally pay extra for doctors working with COVID, they receive a total of 30-35 and even 40 thousand hryvnia per month.
“There is equipment, ventilators – more than 500, 90% of our places are provided with oxygen. But, nevertheless, the threat that the number of patients will exceed the number of doctors and hospital beds remains today,” Klitschko said.
