On March 25, the “South” command announced that the armed forces of the Russian Federation were preparing a “gesture of goodwill” in the Kherson region. Natalia Gumenyuk noted that the occupiers have started sending the looted goods to Russia. In the past, this indicated that Russian troops were about to leave the occupied territories.
