A joint visit to the cinema organized by the “Soldiers with Heart” association in cooperation with the “The Theater Aunts” campaign from “Nestwärme Österreich”. On this day, over 15 children and their carers not only experienced the exciting film “Despicable Me 4”, but above all a time full of community and joy. An emotional afternoon that will be remembered by everyone involved for a long time.

Imrana Jashari, Vice President of “Soldiers with a Heart,” is pleased about the successful day:

“It is very important to us to give children who have a harder time in life unforgettable moments. Today we were able to offer them the opportunity to enjoy the cinema experience as a community and it was simply wonderful to see how the children enjoyed the time with bright eyes, carefree and full of joy. That’s what we’re committed to – making time and memories.”

It was a great day for everyone.

Stefan Konrad from “Die Theatertanten” also emphasizes the importance of shared cultural experiences:

“Experiencing culture together – that is the goal of the theater aunts. We live in a country where culture is a valuable asset and it is important to us to enjoy it together. This doesn’t just mean sitting together and watching a film, but before and afterward having a conversation, exchanging ideas and feeling the community. This is how we create a warm heart and solidarity for young and old.” Marianne, supervisor of the SOS Children’s Village Moosburg, emphasizes the children’s joy: “The shared activity means an incredible amount to the children. It’s a break from everyday life and an opportunity to experience what other children and families often do for granted – simply go to the cinema. This is not affordable for many, but today the children were able to enjoy a visit to the cinema to the fullest. The joy was enormous, and we would like to thank “Soldiers with Hearts” and the theater aunts for this experience.”
