Kidney Replicant ver.1.22474487139 will be available April 23, announced during the pre-show of The Game Awards.
In addition, a new trailer for the game has been shown. A wide variety of gameplay from the game can be seen in the new trailer.
Kidney Replicant is being developed by Toy Logic. The game will include re-voiced voices, an improved combat system and a re-recorded soundtrack by composer Keiichi Okabe.
In 2010, two versions of Nier were released: Nier Gestalt on Xbox 360 and Nier Replicant on PlayStation 3. The latter version has never been released in the West. The sequel Nier: Automata was also released in 2017.
Kidney Replicant is released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
