Police are still investigating The motive for the kidnapping of 12 children in Bogor, Jakarta, and South Tangerang, Rizal Afif (28). From the results of the preliminary examination, the police said: there are three victims who were molested by the perpetrator.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit at the Bogor Resort Police, AKP Siswo Tarigan, said the suspect, Rizal Afif, admitted that he had kidnapped 12 children in the Bogor, Jakarta and South Tangerang areas.
“So the suspect’s confession was that he operated from the beginning of the month of Ramadan. He managed to kidnap 12 children using the mask raid mode,” said Siswo when contacted, Friday (13/5).
Siswo said tentative guess suspect kidnaps children to steal the victim’s cell phone.
“The goal is to take his cellphone,” added Siswo.
However, the results of the investigation revealed that there were other alleged motives behind the kidnapping of Rizal Afif. The suspect, Rizal Afif, is said to have molested three of the victims.
“Of the 12, there are 3 children who have experienced sexual abuse,” said Siswo.
Allegedly Having Perverted Sex
One of the kidnap victims Rizal Afif is a boy K from South Jakarta. From the statement of victim K, the police strongly suspect that Rizal Afif kidnapped children to commit sexual abuse.
The South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto, suspects that Rizal Afif has a tendency to sexually deviate.
“According to the victim, she was forced to do something outside normal limits. If we look at the modus operandi of the perpetrator, it ends up being a sex deviation owned by the perpetrator,” said Budhi, Thursday (12/5/2022).
This allegation underlies the confession of boy K. Boy K admitted that he was forced to perform sexual acts by the perpetrator.
“The provisional information that we have obtained is that this suspect vented his depraved lust for minors,” said Budhi.
Boy K was kidnapped by the perpetrators on Tuesday (10/5) in Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta. He was then taken by the perpetrators to the Cianjur area, West Java.
