A man faces two felony charges after police claimed they saw him kick the door of a former chief’s home. But the story did not end there, since it also entered the home, that is, it invaded private property. Caleb Burczyk, 29, was charged Tuesday, December 29, with felony robbery and threats.

According to what was published by the American media Williston Herald, a judge set a bail of 25 thousand dollars (about 4 million Argentine pesos). Police say Burczyk began sending aggressive Facebook friend requests to a former employer on Thursday, December 24.

In his messages, he included all kinds of threats. “Another message from Caleb Burczyk to (his former employer) read, ‘Accept my friend request or I’m going to kill you,'” Investigators highlighted in a probable cause affidavit filed in Northwest District Court.

Two days after the first messages, exactly on December 26, Burczyk told his former boss that he would have problems if he was forced to start his truck to fetch him from his home, according to the indictment documents. That message included a photo of his truck.

Burczyk also posted a photo of himself on Snapchat with a message announcing that his former boss’s house was going to need a new door. The image showed him wearing a black cap, black vest and a long-sleeved red and black plaid shirt, according to court documents.

Security footage from Dec. 26 showed the man who kicked in the front door of the house on Creekside Drive in the same outfit. Burczyk is due to return to court on January 27 for a preliminary hearing.
