Ukrainian comedian and serviceman of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade Viktor Rozovy first contacted social networks after he received a shrapnel wound to the head during a combat mission at the front in March 2024.
In the photo published on May 10 in Instagram in the format of stories, he showed what he looks like now and talked about his condition.
In the photo you can see the scar on the head after the operation. Viktor wrote that the worst is behind him, but he has a long rehabilitation ahead of him.
The military man made it clear that he was in a positive mood and even joked.
“I drove off. There is still a lot of rehabilitation work, but the worst and worst is over. Now I will confess that I shed blood for this country,” he wrote in a newspaper.
His wife Olga Rozova reported that Viktor was injured. According to her, the man was injured in the evening of March 21. During the next two weeks, doctors fought for his life.
“This is a very complex injury and it is difficult to imagine how his evacuation took place. Thank you for the quick decisions and the assistance provided to the soldiers of the 2nd and 3rd companies of the 3rd OShbr anti-tank battalion and to all those who carried Victor over 200 km (from the battlefield – ed.),” Olga wrote.
She added that as long as the husband’s life was in question, the family tried to keep informational silence and not report the injuries.
