JSMB head coach Karim Khouda arrived in the country on Saturday afternoon from Marseille. After several days of waiting, the coach can finally start his work and get to know his group.
The coach gave his first impressions on the club’s official page, reviewing what motivated him to sign for JSMB. He also returned to the situation he experienced before reaching the city of Béjaïa. The coach of the Kabyle formation believes that he will need time to set up the project initiated by the leaders. He believes that this is essentially why he joined the JSMB: “I had difficulty returning home. This is also the first time that this has happened to me. Nevertheless, I am happy to be here and to be able to officially start the work. I was able to contact the members of the technical staff. We started to think about the rest of the preparation program that we must put in place. We will meet the players on Monday and then we will start work. ”
“That’s why I opted for the JSMB”
Khouda also mentioned the project of the new leadership of the JSMB. The latter bet on young players by recruiting mostly little-known elements: “It is mainly because of the project of the leaders that I opted for the JSMB. In Algeria, it is rare for club leaders to rely on young players. We’re going to need some time for all of this to take shape. We can bet that those who have been recruited will live up to expectations and trust! ”
“We hope to take shelter fairly quickly”
Regarding the championship and the club’s chances, Khouda once again mentioned the leaders’ project and especially the nature of the workforce in place. He doesn’t want to put pressure on his foals, especially when it comes to goals. Khouda will say in this sense: “The leaders have bet on the young, but we must not put unnecessary pressure. We should first take shelter very quickly, and then, if there is the possibility of playing the leading roles, we will not spit on it. One thing is certain, we must play our chances to the full. “
He met with members of the technical staff
Coach Karim Khouda immediately began his work by meeting with members of the technical staff in the morning. The purpose of this meeting was to have an idea of the work done so far, but also to trace the rest of the program. Khouda was eagerly awaited in Béjaïa in order to begin his work officially, knowing that the team was training under the leadership of the Abdiche-Zaâbar – Berrarma trio.

Resumed this afternoon
This Monday afternoon, the Green and Red will resume the training path. The JSMB team was entitled to two days of rest, following the first part of the preparation. The comrades of Mohamed Chihati thus have an appointment on Monday afternoon at the OPOW stadium in Béjaïa to start work and attack the second phase of preparation. It will essentially be a question of technical-tactical preparation.
