At 2.49 in Kharkov, a minute after the air raid warning was announced, an explosion was heard again.
Chairman of the Kharkov Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov confirmed that the invaders were striking at Kharkov and the Kharkov region and asked to stay in shelters.
The alarm continued until 6.14 am.
