Government Ukraine claim the troops defending the City Kharkiv, has repulsed the Russian Troops. The troops have also moved forward to the border of the Red Bear Country.

If confirmed, it would signal the success of Ukraine’s counter-offensive in pushing back Russian troops in the Northeast after the Western Military Service said Moscow’s offensive in the Donbas region had stalled.
In a Facebook post, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said the 227th Battalion of the 127th Brigade of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces had reached the border with Russia. He uploaded the caption “Together for victory”.
The ministry also published a video on Facebook showing about 12 Ukrainian Soldiers at a border post in the colors of the Ukrainian flag on Sunday (15/5).
The governor of Kharkiv, By Sinegubov wrote on the Telegram messaging app that troops had restored posts at the border.
“We are grateful to everyone who risked their lives, liberating Ukraine from Russian occupation,” Sinegubov said.
Ukraine has scored a string of successes since Russia invaded on February 24, forcing Russian commanders to leave the capital Kyiv.
