KfW promoted 3,682 measures in the district – Wasserburg Voice – The first online newspaper only for the city and the old district of Wasserburg

From the charging infrastructure to the loan for energy-efficient renovation – MdB Ludwig: Continue to ensure reliable funding

The promotion of energy efficiency and renewable energies in private residential construction – this must be maintained at the current level. This is what the Rosenheim CSU member of the Bundestag, Daniela Ludwig, is calling for today in view of the 2021 annual balance sheet of the KFW-Bank. In the city and district of Rosenheim, the statistics clearly show that this subsidy plays a central role for private home builders and homeowners.

According to KFW, there is also high demand nationwide for climate change and the environment.

In the district of Rosenheim, last year KFW-Bank promoted 3,682 measures with private customers in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energies with a volume of 171.4 million euros in the form of grants or loans.

These figures include grants for a private charging infrastructure, loans for efficiency houses, funding for energy-efficient construction, and loans and grants for energy-efficient renovation.

In the city of Rosenheim, too, the issue of energy in private residential construction played a dominant role in KFW funding. Altogether there were grants and loans for 633 measures with a volume of 52.3 million euros for around 900 residential units.

The topic of climate change will play an even greater role in the coming years, Ludwig continued. You don’t have to be a prophet to make that prediction. The federal government is therefore well advised to create planning security for house builders and apartment owners and to guarantee reliable funding.
