Keyboardist Quinten Meiresonne will retire from Son Mieux. The Hague pop band announced this on Thursday Instagram.
Quinten has been playing with the band for years. He is the younger brother of singer Camiel Meiresonne.
“After years of playing together, it is time for a change: we are simultaneously proud, sad and happy to announce that our friend and brother Quinten is leaving the band,” reads a photo of the brothers. “A new dream has appeared for Quint. Every note you played will forever be part of our bond.”
Son Mieux is known for songs like Multicolor, This Is The Moment in 1992. The band received an Edison in the Rock category in 2022 with the album The Mustard Seed. The group released the song this month Tonight out.
