Key witness seriously ill, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan’s ethics trial has been postponed

Former Karo Paminal of the Propam Division of the police Brigadier Hendra Kurniawan is one of the suspects obstruction of justice in the case of the murder of Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat (Brigadier J). The trial against Brigadier Hendra’s code of ethics was postponed until next week because one of the key witnesses was ill.

Dedi said his party had to wait for the key witness to recover. With that, the process of Brigadier Hendra’s code of ethics could be held.

“Obviously we have to wait until the condition in question is healthy. Because one of the requirements to be presented in the code of ethics of the trial for witnesses must be in good health,” he said.

The key witness is AKBP Arif Rahman Arifin (AR), also a suspect obstruction of justice. AKBP Arif Rahman is said to be seriously ill.

“AKBP AR. AKBP AR is sick, the healing process is quite long, yes, because the pain is quite severe,” he said.

5 Police fired on the Sambo case

The National Police has imposed a dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) on five of its members. They were sanctioned because they were linked to the murder case of Brigadier Joshua Hutabarat (Josua).

Of note, this case was devised by the former head of the Propam Police Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. Sambo is suspected of orchestrating the premeditated murder of Brigadier J to design the case to involve police officers.

Ferdy Sambo was named suspect in the case of suspected premeditated murder against Brigadier J. In addition to Ferdy Sambo, four other people were named suspects, namely Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E, Bripka Ricky, Putri Candrawathi and Strong Ma’ruf .

The five suspects were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code relating to premeditated murder, a subsidiary of Article 338 of the Criminal Code on murder in conjunction with Article 55 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code. They risk the death penalty.

Furthermore, this case not only focuses on premeditated murder cases, but there are also premeditated murder cases. obstruction of justice or attempts to obstruct legal proceedings. In this case, Sambo was also named a suspect.

Ferdy Sambo has undergone an ethical trial and received an ethical sanction for being dishonorably discharged. The appeal was also rejected.

In addition to Sambo, there are 4 other police officers who have been sanctioned by the PDTH, namely:
