Key performance indicator management in logistics
Selection and implementation of key performance indicators and logistics scorecards
Key figures are intended to help evaluate logistics processes promptly and meaningfully in order to improve decisions. Some companies lack consistent logistics key figures due to diverse objectives, difficult measurement or interpretation. Others report a wealth of key figures thanks to big data without deriving new insights from them.
According to the organizer, the seminar will not introduce general logistics indicators, but will teach you the tools of indicator management. This will enable you to select and introduce the “right” indicators for logistics control.
Seminar contents:
- Meaningfulness and use of existing logistics indicators
- Selecting the “right” logistics metrics
- Maturity levels and conception of logistics key performance indicator systems
- Best practices of logistics key performance indicator systems for warehousing and transport
- Logistics scorecard and value driver tree
- Key figures for service and risk levels
- Key figures for logistics service providers
- Key figures across the entire supply chain
- Introduction of key performance indicator systems: steps, measurement and “failure traps”
- Key Performance Indicators Dashboards
