Kevin Spacey denies sexual misconduct, can await trial in freedom | NOW

Kevin Spacey has said in a Westminster court in London he will “firmly” deny his guilt of sexual misconduct. The actor has four charges against him and is due to return to court on July 14. He is free to await the trial.

Spacey first appeared in court on Thursday because of the case pending against him. Three men have said that the actor has assaulted them several times. One of those offenses would have involved accidental penetration.

The 62-year-old actor has always said he is innocent and emphasized that again in court. The various incidents are said to have taken place between 2005 and 2013.

Because Spacey has obligations in the United States and has agreed to return for the next hearing, the judge does not require him to stay in the United Kingdom.
