Kollam: On the first day of the State School Arts Festival, Kozhikode and Kannur are ahead by scoring 63 points each after completing 22 events. Kollam, Thrissur, Palakkad and Malappuram districts are close behind with 61 points each. Ernakulam is third with 60 points. On the first day, 59 events are to be completed.
The deadline for submission of higher appeal is one hour after the publication of the result of the state art festival on the website. Thevalli Govt. Higher Appeal Committee Office started functioning at Model Boys Vocational Higher Secondary School. Officials informed that the application will not be considered after the deadline and the contestants can submit higher appeal till 10 am the next day on the result of the competition after 8.00 pm.
