Kenny G’s Former Mansion in Hunts Point Now Selling for $70 Million

American saxophonist Kenny G built an impressive mansion in Hunts Point almost 30 years ago, Washington, with the intention of making it their forever home; however in 1999 she sold the place for $11.4 million dollars.

At the time it was learned that the saxophonist he had sold the property to Craig McCaw and he later sold the place to his brother Bruce McCaw in 2008, now Bruce is selling the large property for $70 million dollars. According to ‘Dirt.com’, this is not the first time in the last year that it has entered the real estate market, since last year it was available for $85 million dollars.

It is strange that the property has not been sold in a short time, since the structure draws attention for the stones and glass with which it was built. It is also known that on the entire 4.3 acre lot includes four structures: a main house, a cabin with a pool, a guest cabin and a house for the housing workers.

Also included is a private dock ideal for a yacht up to 150 feet, jet skis, seaplane and more.

At the moment there are not too many photos to be able to know details of the interior of the place, but it is known that the main house is 12,200 square feet distributed in five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
