Located on the Upper East Side, the 511 square meter penthouse has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a terrace that offers stunning views of Manhattan. Its real owner hopes to make $29 million from it, peanuts for the Roy heirs.
In the HBO series, the apartment serves as a refuge for Kendall, the character played by Jeremy Strong. This is where the multimillionaire composes his rap verses, sinks into drugs, tries to kill the father and prepares his conquest of the Waystar empire. He is often filmed there alone, sometimes in psychological distress.
