This year, at the Karl Lagerfeld-themed event, the 818 Tequila founder took it to the next level. After wearing a cheeky, sequined pantsless ensemble by Marc Jacobs, Jenner turned heads in a shimmering, gunmetal-gray sheer bodysuit that included pearl straps, a black chest panel, micro shorts, and, most daringly, a black thong, worn over the see-through look.
The ensemble is actually an homage to one of Lagerfeld’s older Chanel creations. It debuted on the Spring 1994 runway and was almost identical to Jenner’s iteration, with the exception of using a stringy thong instead of black undies with more coverage.
Flawlessly merchandising the look with black sandals, a gray clutch, and diamond studs in the shape of a flower for another Lagerfeld nod, Jenner attended her first public event with rumored beau Bad Bunny, making the fashion-forward statement even more unforgettable.
