Gigi Hadid (26) and Bella Hadid (24) have also ended up in the same unfortunate situation before.

Now it is supermodel Kendall Jenner (25) who is being sued, but for a slightly different reason.
Fashion company plaintiff
Jenner is being sued by the Italian fashion company “Liu Jo”.
The company filed a legal lawsuit in New York court this week, accusing Jenner of violating the terms of a model contract, writes E! Online.
The 25-year-old allegedly did not appear on one of two planned photo shoots, for which she was to be paid 1.5 million dollars. This corresponds to just over NOK 13 million.

The lawsuit alleges that Jenner participated in the first photo shoot in July 2019, and that she was paid $ 1.35 million by February.
It further states that the second photo shoot was to take place in March 2020, but that Jenner was not allowed to participate as a result of the corona pandemic. Then the parties must have agreed to postpone it until the autumn.
“Liu Jo” now claims that Jenner then stopped answering them and that they informed her that she broke the contract.
The lawsuit further states that they do not succeed in getting money back from the supermodel.

Disagree with the accusations
Jenner, on the other hand, disagrees with the accusations from the fashion company. She claims that she has on several occasions come up with alternative dates for the photoshoot, says a spokesperson from The Society Management, who represents the 25-year-old, to E! Online.
In the lawsuit, “Liu Jo” claims that Jenner proposed postponing the photoshoot until October, but that they were soon told that the model would travel to Italy in September to conduct a photoshoot with another designer.
The lawsuit also reportedly consists of an article showing photos of Jenner arriving at a Versace photo shoot that month.
Jenner is said to have repeatedly avoided responding to the company’s inquiries, and is said to have finally explained that it was not possible for her to travel to Italy that autumn.
Demands repayment in the millions
“Liu Jo” is now demanding that Kendall Jenner pay $ 1.8 million in compensation.
That is just under NOK 16 million.
