Borussia Dortmund, one of the German Bundesliga teams, drew 2-2 away with Schalke 04.
Borussia Dortmund finished the first half 1-0 ahead with Nico Schlotterbeck’s goal in the 38th minute of the Bundesliga’s 24th week match with Schalke 04 at Veltins Arena.
The home team started the second half fast and equalized 1-1 with Marius Bülter’s goal in the 50th minute.
Borussia Dortmund took the lead 2-1 with a goal from Raphael Guerreiro in the 60th minute.
Schalke 04 re-balanced the match with Kenan Karaman’s head goal in the 79th minute and made the score 2-2.
The match ended in a 2-2 draw as there were no other goals in the remaining parts of the match.
Kenan Karaman, who scored his first goal for Schalke 04, was included in the game in the 68th minute, replacing Rodrigo Zalazar.
Losing points for the first time after an 8-game winning streak, Borussia Dortmund ranks second in the league with 50 points, 2 points behind leader Bayern Munich.
Schalke 04 is in 17th place with 20 points and more than a game.
