Fraudster Ilse Leroi (41) from Kasterlee was arrested by the police after it was discovered that she had once again defrauded numerous men. The investigating judge arrested her on Tuesday.

Ilse Leroi has been convicted nine times for fraud. She secretly tried to sell the trucks of a transport company where she worked, she sold 1,400 tickets to a schlager festival that did not exist and she ripped off many savings in love with men.
Last week it appeared that since her release late last year, Leroi had defrauded another Dutch seller of tanning beds. She dug him off an expensive tanning bed, using a fake bank statement.
“We again received several complaints that were all bundled together,” said the Antwerp public prosecutor’s office in a statement. “The method remains the same. Stuff is bought, but not paid for. Counterfeit proofs of purchase should trick sellers. In some cases, the purchased items were immediately put up for sale. ”
At the request of the Antwerp public prosecutor’s office, the Turnhout police zone region robbed the 41-year-old woman of her freedom on Monday evening after a chase in Kasterlee. “A small amount of cocaine was found in her car. During a search, the police found pepper spray, ”said the public prosecutor’s office.
On Tuesday, the investigating judge was arrested, who was arrested during the day. The facts are classified as forgery, scams, misuse of trust, drug law offenses, gun law offenses, armed rebellion, and false naming. She will appear before the council chamber on Friday.
“The investigation is being continued,” said the public prosecutor’s office.
