Jakarta –
Secretary of the Upper House Democratic party (PD) Andi Mallarangeng admitted that he was sure that the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkum HAM) will validate the outcome of the event which is claimed to be the Democratic Extraordinary Congress (KLB). Even so, he hoped that this would not happen.
“I am sure that even though they are fake it will be legalized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. So, because of that we hope that the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the ranks of Kum HAM will maintain their integrity. They can see it clearly,” Andi told reporters on Sunday (7/3 / 2021).
Andi said that the Ministry of Law and Human Rights should not endorse the results KLB Demokrat because it was held without referring to the rules of the Democratic AD / ART. He said the AD / ART in effect was the result of the V Democrat Congress in 2020.
“It’s easy to verify, just see who is present there. There are 34 DPD heads, there are no DPD heads from 34 provinces present, how many are present? Out of 514 DPCs, how many are present? the chairman of the upper house? ” said Andi.
“Because the AD / ART is currently in effect, we are talking now, the AD / ART that applies is the AD / ART registered at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and is also recorded in the state sheet, namely AD / ART 2020. Therefore, if you want to make an outbreak The reference is to the AD / ART recorded in Kum HAM today. Likewise, the verification process by Kum HAM is in accordance with the AD / ART recorded, right, “he continued.
Andi said the results of the Democrat KLB would not be validated if the ranks of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights thought clearly. However, according to him, different things will happen if the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is political.
“Now if it is done clearly we believe that fake KLB will be rejected. But that’s legally, politically we don’t know. This is what we don’t know politically,” said Andi.
When will the results of the Democrat KLB be registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights? Read on next page.
