Keiko Kawano isn’t just a trainer teaching people to smile in Japan. She’s a smiler herself. She smiles with conviction and perseverance. With the welcome greeting, with the lesson, with the interview. She can do it. Facial muscle training was her routine during her 23 years as a radio and television announcer.
