KEEPP plans an innovative co-financing campaign in the blockchain :: Dienas Bizness

Keepp – A joint stock company registered in Latvia plans to add development capital to an unprecedented co-financing campaign. As a result, a cryptographic token will be issued to reflect ownership of the shares Ethereum in the chain.

The campaign will take place in collaboration with the Technology and Compliance Platform Fintelum.

Latvian company Keepp.lv aims to develop a market-proven business – short-term self-service storage for individuals and companies. First of all, it is planned to expand in the vicinity of Riga, then to export the same concept to the Baltic neighbors and even later – to penetrate wider European markets. The company announces a co-financing campaign for the first stage of development in Latvia.

In the period from 2018 to 2020 Keepp examined the market demand and supply with the “CityBox” (city-box.lv) brand. To ensure further growth, managers Kristaps Laipnieks, Kārlis Jansons and Reinis Grunte changed their business brand and registered a new joint stock company – Keepp AS with a share capital of EUR 340,000. All existing customers, cash flow and accumulated team experience were invested in the new joint stock company.

As a result of the co-financing campaign, not only shares but also a cryptographic token will be issued Ethereum blockchain. This process is abbreviated worldwide as STO. Investments will be accepted both in euros and in cryptocurrency – BTC (bitcoin) and ETH (ether). The total amount to be attracted will not exceed 850,000 euros.

Both individuals and legal entities will be able to participate in the co-financing campaign. Investors will be able to buy dividend-paying Keepp AS advantage shares. The price per share is set at 2.50 euros. Depending on investor demand and involvement, Keepp considers the possibility of providing a secondary market through a cooperation partner Fintelum new technology platform.
